HR Meeting Review

Blade's HR meeting finally happened at 11:30 today. A review of it's contents follows:

It was a "progressive discipline"meeting...dealing with job-related behavior that does not meet expected and communicated performance standards. This is to assist employees to understand that a "performance problem or opportunity for improvement " exists.

This was an "opportunity for improvement" meeting.

In concern to comments made on the air concerning women, there are 4 forms of offensive behavior to women.

Verbal-sexual innuendos, suggestive comments, insults, etc
Non-Verbal-suggestive sounds like whistling, leering, "catcalls", or suggestive bodily gestures.
Visual-Posters, calendars, signs or pinups of sexual nature.
Physical-touching, unwelcome hugging, pinching, etc.

Side Question: How many of those forms apply to dropping
trou?

Answer: Three of the four excepting the"verbal" form unless a
word like "toots" or a phrase like "how do you like THEM apples" is
applied.

HR couldn't verify which comment or how many were in question. But we know.
